Need-focused

Our three-level training and workshop model is designed to provide a comprehensive and inclusive learning experience for researchers across all levels and disciplines.

Introductory sessions establish a basic and uniform understanding of open science principles while allowing room for discussions to identify potential roadblocks to their adoption and possible solutions ideal for the local context.

Practical sessions introduce researchers to existing open science infrastructures and how to use such platforms or tools during their research, while our train-the-trainer program establishes a support system for the local research community to ensure sustainability.

The training curriculum is flexible and adaptable and has been designed to cover a range of topics and sub topics with room for dialogue and feedback to determine which aspects are a priority per the needs of the local community.
